I saw pictures of Wedge and New Belgium. NB is pretty far above the French Broad, but even with that elevation it looked pretty hard hit. Wedge was underwater. There are a lot of smaller ones that were likely destroyed - I'm thinking of Zillicoah.

I don't think you can even properly evaluate anyone on the offense with Young playing. He turns the team so one-dimensional that any sort of proper scouting is impossible.

I don't think Dalton will be great, but he can at least drive the ball downfield and he presents a theoretical passing threat. It seemed like 90% of Young's passes were under five yards, and the other 10% were thrown into contested coverage down the middle.

I'll be charitable to Bryce, and point out that JaMarcus was a bust at least partially because he didn't put in the work. Russell had some elite physical skills that he wasted. Bryce Young, bless his heart, has no built-in physical advantages but instead has physical deficits.
