This may have been covered here already but let’s assume the 122 tariffs are not invalidated or stayed in the next 150 days. We get to late July, a little over three months before the midterms, and the tariffs are about to expire. Congress takes up legislation that has no chance of succeeding...
The most insane part of all is that Trump’s tariffs poll lower than almost any other thing he’s done this term. SCOTUS gave him an out, but the man is so spectacularly stupid he won’t take it.
Here's where I am after a quick read through the opinion.
1. At least the plurality got it right. The dissents are humiliating works of quasi-legal analysis.
2. This was a super easy legal question. In any other timeline, it would be astonishing we couldn't get a unanimous opinion.

Thanks! I'll try to find my way to some of those. I've fallen in love recently with the more rural, less touristy parts of Mundo Maya. Warm and welcoming people, amazing healthy food, and so easy to get there from the US.
Have you been to Coba? Would recommend so much more than Chichen Itza, especially since you can't climb the pyramids at any of them now (for good reason).
From the perspective of a lawyer, the way Trump has responded to this is nothing in the vicinity of complying with the court's order. If I responded to a court order the way he has, I would almost certainly be sanctioned, and I'd 100% deserve it.
I just want to be sure that in the unending avalanche of bullshit, we don't miss this quote --
"I'm allowed to destroy the country, but . . . ."
Whatever follows that is irrelevant. Any person in a position to wield national power who would utter that statement MUST have all power removed...
