IIRC, it was free for Kindle Unlimited - I know I didn't pay for it. You can get a free trial for KU, get it on Kindle, read it (it's a super fast read), return it, then cancel the trial so you're not charged for the subscription.

lol na, Thrift Savings Plan. It's the government's version of a 401k for civilian and military. I have mine maxed out and the government will match 5% which, if invested correctly, can increase exponentially. I've told him to do the same.
