Right. Folks in Iran are being encouraged to, by our president, to put their bodies on the line right now. If it is true over there, then it sure as heck is true here as well.
Sure. Getting her to move is absolutely understandable. Has anyone here disagreed with that idea? The conversation is about her being shot. It was unnecessary, it is fucked up, and the administration's decision to defend the shooting fans the flames. Full stop.
Maybe, but protesters are banking on support from the US at this point. To not follow through would have grave consequences for those in Iran who are now putting their lives on the line.
He's not going to cancel elections. It's about putting enough mistrust about the system out there that he will simply dismiss the results if they don't go his way.
