Angel Reese

Veteran WNBA players shouldn't be upset with the attention Clark gets, they should be upset with the attention Angel Reese gets. Reese is a good rebounder who cannot shoot, she isn't a star. If she learns to kick out the rebounds instead of blowing or getting blocked on layup after layup, she will become a more valuable part of her team.
 
Anyone else remember Larry Bird vs Magic attention. Don't know if I knew that the NBA existed before them and the same racist crap.
I hope women's sports gets the.same public respect. That said Let's see if we can get the misogyny and racism out of it?!?
I have my doubts.
 
The Clark and Reese story is a sad one to me. Clark is a phenom. The hate she has received from the African American players and then others in the media is simply because shes white and plays a sport that is majority African-American. She’s never really “done” anything for people to hate her.

Reese was a super player at LSU and is a good women’s player. Is she Giannis? Of course not but for a second year player she is fine. Go watch WNBA. It’s sometimes a rough watch but she’s a good player. She’s been jealous of the attention of Clark and tried to make herself the main rival of Clark as she’s not dumb. She sees Clark as a money train and knows she is attached to Clark, she will make more money. The hate on her has little to do now with basketball and more to do with the fact people dislike people who don’t like Clark because she is white. It’s very sad state when people get worked up about the WNBA and use it for weird agendas.

She’s not terrible at basketball she’s just not anywhere near Caitlin Clark.

If she was terrible she wouldn’t be in the league.

She’s not extremely likable but I’m sure the WNBA is okay with that.
