I agree. Now that Vlad "the Ras" Putin is confident that he could tell St. Donald of Mar-a-Lago to give his next national address dressed and made-up as Bozo the Clown, he is testing out strategies to deter Europe from interferring in his plans to reassemble the Russian/Soviet Empire. When Vlad the Ras wants Alaska back, St. Donald will order the Army to seize Canada and claim that the US is way better off with Canada, so losing Alaska is no big deal. Canada will be the new Calfornia - about same population (so only two senators), a robust industial base, and the means to guarantee western Russia unfettered sea lanes to Asian goods once global warming finally opens up the Northwest Passage.
 

Electricity supply slowly returning after massive Spain and Portugal power outage​

The blackout was caused by a “very strong oscillation in the electrical network” that led Spain's power system to “disconnect from the European system, and the collapse of the Iberian electricity network at 12:38,” according to Eduardo Prieto, director of Spanish transmission system operator Red Eléctrica
