This type of tick-tock of violent acts makes my stomach churn. I have too much ability to imagine the in vivo circumstance, and given the number of trauma horror stories I've read and heard straight from the victims, I also have too much context to shut-off the imagination. I get nauseous. I am nauseous.

I watched the video. Heard the last part of that exchange. Thought that his last words before being hit were about gang violence.

I too am nauseous.

I blame both sides because both sides are at fault. Remember years ago when liberals ran an ad showing Paul Ryan (?) throwing an old lady off a cliff because he wanted to reform Medicare? You don't think that Dems generalizing about Republicans as all racist, homophobe, transphone, neo Nazi, white supremacists, etc matters?

All Trump's rise to power has done is make the rhetoric 10x worse on the left, starting early on with a Dem holding the severed head of Trump in a pic.
The Kathy Griffin incident you're referencing (which was really stupid and worthy of condemnation) was years after the Tea Party and related movements had started to seriously escalate the tone of rhetoric against politicians and people on the left. And a couple years after Dylan Roof, who was radicalized by that sort of rhetoric, murdered his victims. I'm not gong to defend Griffin or anyone on the left who advocate for political violence about the right. I hope whoever shot Kirk is swiftly captured, tried, and if convicted sentenced accordingly. But there is no debate as to which side is more aggressive and violent with its rhetoric.

And as I have said, and you and others have ignored, umpteen times, the biggest difference is that the radicals on the right are in charge of the party (and staffing the Trump admin) while the radicals on the left are a much less powerful fringe element.

I just want to note something - Russia flew drones into Poland causing NATO to scramble, Israel bombed another sovereign nation and US ally, and Trump was shown to be flaccid on both accounts. Trump's note to Epstein was recently revealed. Another note in the Epstein pedophilia birthday book showed Epstein on a beach with young girls, with a resort of shocking similarity to Mar-a-Lago in the background. Another note showed a gift check from Trump to Epstein joking about selling a woman. Almost no maga engagement.

Then, a far right figure gets shot, the liberals on this board universally denounce it, but maga shows up in force to peddle an inflammatory rhetoric based on fabricated versions of the people on this board.

You are dealing with a group of people who display absolutely zero self awareness and every bit of it is driven by ignorance and sincere hatred. They spend hours per day on a message board reaffirming and feeding each other's hatred. You would probably have more success trying to convince school children in iran that all Americans don't hate muslims.

which is why these people need to be added to super-ignore by everyone. They are not here for serious conversation. They are here to quench an urge. In some cases a fetish.

I think that they are just more likely to report on a single source as opposed to knowing first.
I won't say that TMZ never gets it wrong, because they do.

But they have two "advantages" over everyone else...

1) They pay for information in a way that few others do.
2) They have no qualms about running information without multiple sourcing.

But they are often the ones who break this kind of info.
