Why didn’t the clock run as soon as it was put in play after the injury timeout? Is that a new rule? The play was a complete pass in the field of play, so I would think the clock should run forcing UT to call a timeout.

All i have to say is that if Carolina were to ever make the CFP and end up in a game like this, I won't survive.
