After a three-day visit by the US defense secretary, Pete Hegseth, Donald Trump appeared to confirm that US military personnel had been deployed to the Central American country on Thursday, telling reporters: “We’ve moved a lot of troops to Panama.”

Hegseth said that the US would increase its military presence at three former US bases in the country to “secure the Panama canal from Chinese influence”.

Weird only those things came up when becoming President. And charges were dropped for "overturning the election" and mara a lago documents. Shows they were phony to begin with.
Wait he basically dropped his own charges when elected and you believe it was due to lack of merit?

A United States citizen was mistakenly looped into a Department of Homeland Security email that ordered her to self-deport from the U.S. “immediately.”

Nicole Micheroni, an immigration attorney and partner at the Massachusetts firm Cameron Micheroni & Silvia, was stunned by the official email Friday morning and initially believed it was intended for one of her clients.

“It took me a couple of minutes to realize it was sent to me instead of someone I represent,” Micheroni told the Boston Globe.

The notification was written simply in the subject line as “Notification of Termination of Parole” and did not state a client name or case number.

It has now materialized that the message was sent by mistake, the DHS confirmed.

The memo was genuine and is part of the fresh crackdown ordered by President Donald Trump to remove thousands of undocumented immigrants.

Bukele: “Most of my cabinet are women so …”

Trump: “That’s impressive!”

Bukele: “Yeah yeah they’re not DEI hires or anything, they are just great at what they do.

Trump: [Gestrues at women in couch] That’s right, this is very impressive, this is a first! We’ve had Women, but we’ve never had three of ‘em right here. …”

Bukele: “ Four and three men” [gestures behind couch]

Trump: “Look what we have” [points to men] “You guys feel a little mistreated?” [laughter] “That’s good. We’ve been advanced I’ve been very advanced in that regard too. Pam [points to the AG] Kristi, who they say is the most powerful woman in the world. Susie Wiles, she’s tough. The most powerful woman in the world, according to magazines, what don’t know. I think she probably is.”

"The Associated Press on Monday said its journalists were barred from covering an Oval Office event featuring President Trump and El Salvador President Nayib Bukele in defiance of a court injunction.

“Our journalists were blocked from the Oval Office today,” a spokesperson for the wire service said. “We expect the White House to restore AP’s participation in the pool as of today, as provided in the injunction order.”

A federal judge last week ordered the Trump administration to restore The Associated Press’s access to key White House spaces after it banned AP reporters over the outlet’s refusal to use “Gulf of America” in its widely-cited stylebook. ..."

But we’ve been told time and again by Trump and our resident good Germans that he isn’t defying court orders [confused face].

All right, this is really pissing me off and I'm sure it's pissing off a lot of other people. So much for the "we won't follow judges' orders."

We are going to need a new constitution.
