The headline in the NYT was something miserable like - 'Dick Van Dyke dances in latest Coldplay music video,' but this music video may be one of the best things I've seen this year. It's an incredible, touching tribute to an all time great and well worth your time.

One of my all-time favorite television comedy actors. I still love watching the Dick Van Dyke Show, and it's probably my favorite sitcom from TV's black-and-white golden age. Such a talented cast and writers, and Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore are so wonderful together. And he's still got it after all these years. An amazing man and talent.

Step in time

He looks the best in that video than in recent pics I've seen of him.
A true icon!
He hates Donald Trump. He recently said that he’s glad he won’t be around for the entirety of Trump’s second term.

Think about what a shit president someone must be that Dick Van Dyke is actually welcoming death instead of another for years of their presidency.

What's that got to do with how great of an actor he's been?

I will when you quit watching The View and you'll see the left loved Trump until he ran as a pub.
Too late. I quit watching a few years ago. The left never loved him. He is always who he was. He was never really a dem. He never once tried to run as a dem. It wasn't until FOX put brainworms in more than just RFK's head ( like you and your ilk), Benedict Donald decided he could finally run on a major party ticket. Hint - it was not the Democratic Party.

Disclaimer - I did start watching the Celebrity Apprentice when Gene Simmons was a contestant. Kept watching because it was hilarious to see that moron take credit for careers that were long over/on the downside. Equally amusing to see celebs grovel to that orange turd. At least, they did it for charity. I can document my disdain for Trump.

Now, he did spend some time with the right's personal heroes, Bill and Hillary. He even said Hillary would make a great President. She never said he would. Also, your argument is stupid. the left and the right throw away people for various reasons. Few reasons are better than what Benedict Donald (was or) became.

Do you have any info substantiating your claim that "the left loved Trump until he ran a s a pub" - just curious.

Yes, I'm sure it was simply an affectionate homage when Graydon Carter called him a "short-fingered vulgarian" back in the 80's.
