Did Yow coverup trainer molesting state players?

He made players uncomfortable while collecting urine samples? WTF. I've given a lot of urine samples during my life. Some were not observed, like in a doctor's office. But a lot, 100% of the drug tests, were observed. Like when I was in the Army and subject to random monthly urinalyisis. Never once did anyone even come close to touching me. Even when I spent 6 weeks at NCO Academy at Bad Tolz, I was tested twice. Not only was I never touched, most of the times, the tester never even looked at me. These players were grown men, around the same age I was in the Army. They didn't have to be "uncomfortable" in silence.

I knew a guy who played football for NC State in the early 2000's. He said a few years before he got there, guys were cheating the tests with urine from someone else. When he was there, you had to drop your shorts and underwear to your knees or ankles, pull your shirt up above your stomach and hold it with both hands. Then pee in the sample container without touching your wang. You were observed for the sample. Sounds messy, and maybe embarrassing, but hard to cheat with false pee.
 
I have full confidence that the N&O will vigorously cover these sexual abuse allegations for months and months as they did the allegations in the UNC academic scandal.

Hopefully, the N&O will assign the intrepid Dan Kane to this scandal.

What did Yow know and when did she know it ? Did the athletic director know and covered it up ?

Inquiring minds want to know .

I encourage UNC fans to take to the sports message boards across the nation and let them know about this, and let ESPN and CNN know so they can pursue this travesty

Its very hazy but I think he compared it to before he got there or maybe it changed while he was there. Earlier it was more of a wink, wink and as long as they get some urine, they weren't going to ask too many questions but the more stringent test was a new coach or AD or something from the NCAA. Again, very hazy so probably wrong but I do remember him describing the procedure to discourage cheating.
 
I met Debbie Yow once at Harris Teeter right after Kay died. I spoke to her and expressed my condolences for her sister. I mentioned that one of my best friends from high school was a star player for Coach Yow and adored her. What was Debbie's takeaway? She pointed to my UNC shirt and said "it's such a girly color"

So yeah, fuck her. I hope she ends up broke and in prison. She 100% covered this up.

Using someone else's urine, from what I've read and been told from a doctor friend doesn't work because they check the temp and it's almost impossible to hide and keep it at the appropriate temp. When I've taken drug test there was a temp strip on the side of the container.

I also knew a guy that tried it for a job drug test, he got busted and lost his job.

Then there's the old joke about the guy who tried it and the doctor asked him how it felt to be a pregnant man. 😁

I would think that a college would have a standard procedure for testing.

Also, I'm not questioning your statement, I believe someone probably tried, which would lead to more stringent requirements.

Kay Yow was a family friend and a wonderful person. The personality differences between her and Debbie were stark.
