Yikes. Im afraid that number goes much, much higher, should the masonry in the pics represent the region.
 
Terrible news. I remember the last time they had a major earthquake in the region I believe some climbers in the Himalayas were killed in avalanches and some villages in deep valleys were also wiped out by avalanches coming off the high peaks there. There was some incredible footage of a massive avalanche hitting the Mt. Everest base camp; it killed something like 22 people, I believe.
