Another David McKenzie production. He loves suing over the open meeting laws.

He was wrong every step of the way during the ACC-Florida State litigation (his Duke ties seemed to make him overly sympathetic to the ACC's claims), so I have a skeptical eye about his work.

I have no idea about the politics at play here, but I enjoyed Prof Clemens' intro to astronomy class so much my freshman year I ended up with an accidental astronomy minor by the time I graduated. I just kept taking his classes and eventually held a copy of keys to the observatory and telescope atop the planetarium. That's where we did our lab work for the graduate level classes. I even got him to write me a letter of recommendation for MBA school.

He also hired an over-the-hill football coach for $10 million/year who had no job offers and hired two of his sons and numerous of his friends.

I remember being told that Lee Roberts was hired because he’s a GREAT businessman.

In reality, Art Pope made him Chancellor because he’s Art Pope’s bitch.
