Without some specifics, I honestly don't know what you are referring to in your post.
 
The interesting thing to me is that this attack at a Christmas market in Germany by an known anti-Islamic dissident occurred only 1 day after the 8th anniversary of a previous Christmas market attack in Berlin by an Islamic terrorist.

I don't necessarily think there is any connection, but if not the coincidence is eerie.
