I think it's more everyone will be shocked if he balls up and says yes to CNN

It's worth no small amount to the future to give him another chance to completely show his ass to a national audience. That would go a long way to sell some of the post election security issues you know are going to happen. If we have to step down hard, it would help to have something like that to show why. I think it might go a long way in securing her position .
