The bottom line in all of this is that what happened yesterday has been happening for years to people of color - non-judicial death sentences at the hands of law enforcement. Except in this case it was a white woman. Like most of the other cases, there will be no justice and there will be no consequences, and it will slowly become the norm as the rule of law has been obliterated by this government. The WH has already abandoned courting public opinion. The next step to maintain power is street level oppression. That is America's future.
