Israel will act like the victim again.

This was Netanyahu's plan all along. He has been wanting to attack Syria and Iran. Israel has no end game, and no, it was never about the hostages.
If only Hamas didn’t provide the coverage with the hostages though….

What’s the old saying? Never let a crisis go to waste.

They could have rescued the hostages within the first few days. How does it make sense that they were able to know the location of all the Hezbollah leaders in Lebanon, but in Gaza, where there is surveillance 24/7, they claimed not to know where the hostages are? They knew if they got the hostages out, they would get pressure to stop their genocide.

Of course it depends on what gets through if there is an Iranian attack, but I don't see the IDF taking out the nuclear sites. Rather, I think they will obliterate the oil industry in Iran. It's very concentrated and easy to hit. The Iranian economy is already in a decade long slump. The youth are bubbling for reform. I see opportunity in chaos.

Ah yes, more baseless conspiracies. Everything bad that happens is Israel’s fault.

With regard to the missile attack, they’ll be shot down (again) and maybe Israel will take the kid gloves off when responding this time. Hamas is decimated, Hezbollah has been destroyed, taking out Iran would mean the ME axis of evil has been kneecapped. Proud to have my tax dollars going to that.

I really don’t understand the strategy behind this for Iran. If they launch a missile attack like the one in April, where 99.9% of them are shot down they look weak, impotent, and incompetent. If they launch a missile attack that actually does any type of significant damage or causes casualties in Israel, Israel will respond by killing an ant with a sledgehammer. Don’t quite understand the calculation here.

Israel is not "taking out" Iran. They are a nation state with a substantial military and are possibly weeks away from a nuclear breakout if pushed.

A regional war between Iran and Israel would be catastrophic for all parties involved.
