Well I was hoping that the death of Khameini might inspire the populace to revolution they would overthrow this religious regime and install a less oppressive government of their choosing. Doesn’t look like that is going to happen. Not a great idea to try but won’t shed any tears over the bombings minus the children.
But I hope the cheetoh isn’t stupid enough to put boots on the ground. That’s the problem his ego is so fragile God knows what he will do if this regime doesn’t fall.
Kinda early to know for sure. There have been signs of anti-regime protest and celebration of his death overnight, as well as (clearly more organized) pro-regime protests in daylight.

The revolutionary guard were largely in control of governance prior to Khamenei’s death and still are now. It’s not as easy as decapitating the government or killing one or three supreme leaders.

“ I hope you aren’t drunk and took your staff’s advice, Rashida and I don’t know this man and feel confident he didn’t care about us. Please restrain from drinking too much as you have been warned from your staff and stay off social media when you are drunk. I pray in his holy month you find peace and respect for your self”

Can someone explain in simple terms what our obsession is with Israel?
The existence of Israel is required for the end of the world, foretold by the Bible.

So a portion of Americans must support it's existence so the world can end in the way their 2,000 year old book written by desert dwelling men who didn't know where the sun went at night or what germs says so.

That, and the fact that the Western world decided that Jews deserved a homeland after what the Nazi's did to them during WW2.

The civilian death toll is rising.
100 schoolgirls in Iran
Smaller numbers but rising in Israel and Gulf States

All this and no end game for US and Israel

Same as it ever was

Per CBS, 3 US military dead thus far
In an update to X, Centcom said:

As of 9:30 am ET, March 1, three U.S. service members have been killed in action and five are seriously wounded as part of Operation Epic Fury. Several others sustained minor shrapnel injuries and concussions – and are in the process of being returned to duty. Major combat operations continue and our response effort is ongoing.

I discovered some may not be seeing the existing thread on this topic for reasons. Will merge the threads.
