Why does that matter? You want to equate a state army with a terrorist group?
Your refusal to answer is telling. A terrorist organization can't attack a state or any other entity and then hide amongst the civilian population just to cry, "you can't attack us cause we aren't a state." Al-Asqa flood was a disaster. Terrible for the Gazan people. Terrible for Iran. Terrible for Hamas. One of the top Islamic scholars in Gaza agrees. Gaza’s top Islamic scholar issues fatwa against October attack

Telling of what? I didn’t answer because I don’t see anywhere that Israel published the demographics.
So you approve of Israel demolishing blocks at a time to target a suspected Hamas member? That is very “telling”. I like how you also make it seem like this started on Oct 7.

I've done neither. I am well versed on the struggle and have never suggested it started Oct 7. That's the narrative you run with whenever confronted with facts contradictory, I understand that. The entire thing has been a tragedy, but to cry about the % of civilian casualties on one side only and deflect and ignore the other is telling.

Are we still doing this? Really?

When was the last time you posted ANYTHING critical of Israel's conflict? The vast, vast, vast majority of your posts -- if not all of them -- are all from Israel's POV; they all whitewash Israeli crimes; and they all are about Hamas' various sins.

And then you complain that RaiGuy posts only stuff about Israeli crimes and you call it "telling" when it's exactly the same thing you do.

I just don't understand why it can't be true that a) Hamas committed atrocities; is committing them; and will continue to commit them; and b) Israel has committed atrocities, is committing them, and will continue to commit them? And we don't even have to parse out which is worse to come to an agreement, one would think, that what is happening in Gaza is intolerable and both sides are making that happen. And that there will not be peace, ever, with Gaza covered with rubble.

“Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said that "the time has come to apply [Israel] sovereignty over the West Bank," at a faction meeting on Monday.

"The year 2025 will be the year of sovereignty in the West Bank. I have instructed the Settlement Division in the Defense Ministry and the Civil Administration to begin comprehensive, professional groundwork to prepare the necessary infrastructure for applying sovereignty," he added. …”

Annexation has been the de facto policy aim, but the pretense is being dropped. I assume the incoming administration is probably supportive, but have not seen an express statement either way.

Adelson’s money this cycle was contingent on Trump supporting annexation of the WB.

There are some delusional folks in Netanyahu's
Cabinet. Trump is too buddy buddy with the Saudis to allow this to happen. If it does, will mean a regional war for Israel with Egypt, Jordan, SAudi Arabia and other

Saudis don’t care about Palestinians. They care about Iran and Trump will deliver for them.

It's over, Rai. There will be no repercussions. Palestine is gone. Apartheid will be the official policy of Israel by the end of 2025. Trump will be developing condos in Gaza.

Please tell your relatives and friends who voted uncommitted and then didn't vote for Kamala that Bibi very much appreciated their help.

First of all, the majority of my friends and family voted for Harris, begrudgingly. Even so, the votes for third party would not have mattered if they all went to Harris. I don’t think it’s fair to blame this mess on people that are already suffering and have had both the Dems and Republicans ignore them.
Maybe blame the candidate that instead chose to campaign with Cheney instead of listening to the people.

1. No, it's not your relatives' fault. That doesn't change the utter idiocy of what the uncommitted folks did.
2. Please stop with the Liz Cheney stuff. This election was baked a long time ago. By and large, white Americans are terrible people. This is what they wanted. Your peeps are just gullible and naive, but not the problem.
3. But they shouldn't expect anyone to be friendly with them. They have now made themselves personae non grata everywhere in politics. That was a choice.

What a fucking shitty thing for you to say.

Read what Huckabee said today. It's over. Gaza is over. The West Bank is over. It's going to be Greater Israel and who the hell knows what they are going to do to the Arab populations. I've resisted the descriptor genocide for a number of reasons but that seems a likely result of what is coming.

I’m talking about your second paragraph. In a time when many Palestinians are incredibly worried, scared, grieving, you’re going to throw that shit at them too. That’s fucked up.
