So, what Israel has been saying was happening all along,was the reason that Gazans were starving and wasn't due to a lack of aid physically moving into Gaza?

IIRC, they specifically said they wanted to completely control parts of Gaza and drive Hamas out to make it possible to distribute aid.... because Hamas was stealing up to 90% of the aid.

The process needs to be flipped. Start by creating
a demilitarized with intnl PK force, independent Palestinian state on the Wesxt Bank and then add Gaza to ut. The Palestinians were wupposed to have an indep. state uner PA control back in 2005/06/ They have done their job in the WB and still no state/ That is part of what has led to Hamas in Gaza.
