I am so amused that after struggling for almost 8 years to effectively attack MAGA in a way that actually lands damage, the Democrats' new pivot to "MAGA is a bunch of weirdo fucks" is perhaps what is going to deliver the death knell to them.

I just read an article yesterday that said that Kennedy's support is already dropping in polls, so I'm not at all sure that dumping Vance for Kennedy would help. At this point dumping a running mate you named just a few weeks ago reeks of failure and desperation, two things that Trump hates to be seen as. If he really is that desperate then choosing Nikki Haley or Tim Scott would be a far better choice, but even if he's desperate I still think Trump would hesitate to name a woman or person of color as his running mate. It will be interesting to see what happens - Trump has got himself into a kind of "no win" scenario at this point. If he keeps Vance it's bad, but if he dumps him it's going to be a bad look, no matter who he replaces him with.

I would not be surprised to see some sexual assault complaints come out against Kennedy. That would not help the MAGA image.

Kennedy would not be an improvement in the weird department. He may have bbq'd a dog in addition to his brain worms and ongoing sexual assault allegations.

The right's obsession with Hungary is so damn strange. Is Hungary super successful and killing it economically and I just don't know about it? Or do they just have a lot of Neo Nazis and that matters a lot more?

I am still convinced nobody actually likes Kennedy. Him polling high single digits for so long was clearly just people saying "I hate Biden AND Trump." If anyone actually listens to him for like 5 seconds they will be running away as fast as possible.
