A little early to be speculating about who did this and for what purpose. Some sort of braindead "stop the steal" Trumper is probably the most plausible suspect, but for all we know this is related to some state or local election.

Plus, do they consider the fact that there are votes for both sides that they are burning?

Beside being a felony, they could have a net negative for the party they are supporting.

Such pure ignorance.
