Has anyone else watched the documentary series on Netflix about Vince McMahon? Very good and I think very telling. The world of pro wrestling has always been about blurring the line between real life and famtasy. But I think McMahon pretty much admitted he was using his real life as inspiration for the Mr McMahon character on TV. Also, there are a lot of similarities between him and Trump.
 
Back in the 80's, my buddies and I used to love watching WWF. Definitely putting this one on my watch list.

I always thought Trump 's political shtick was being a classic wrestling heel. He says absolutely ridiculous things just to keep the attention focused on him and not whoever he's running against. And it works like a charm. When's the last time anyone posted something that Kamala wrote on Twitter on here? We repost things that Trump's says or does 10 times a day and then spend three pages talking about each one. He knows exactly what he's doing.

We should also remember that Trump is a WWE Hall of famer.

Concur about McMahon and Trump, it was an enlightening look into the world or pro wrasslin'. McMahon was the businessman Trump always wanted to be and never was.
 
Shane really got the raw end of the relationship with Vince. Rumor is he is going to show up in AEW soon.
 
Actually just noticed one of the Harris ads that talks about Trump giving tax cuts to the rich has a photo of Trump with McMahon.
 
Overall it was really well done and surprisingly pretty factual...thank goodness they had Meltzer on. I was surprised to see Hogan finally admit he switched om Ventura, which he has always denied.
