Yeah, I read his book “The TB12 Method” and he talks about how he relied on strength training using bands and other methods to increase his strength and pluability. Talks about how too many athletes take weight training too far and how it decreases range of motion and puts too much pressure on your joints leading to more injuries.

Green Bay's offense looks horrible. Not sure how they have only lost two games. Eagles only have 10 points, though, so they don't look much better.
