RFK and a lot of MAHA basically reject germ theory and Louis Pasteur. They believe in terrain theory espoused by Bechamp.

Basically, they believe that disease comes from unhealthy living, not germs.

This whole "parental rights" thing that conservatives love pushing has gotten completely out of hand. Yes as a parent you certainly have the right to raise your child at home as you wish, provided you're not sexually or physically abusing them, but that doesn't give you the right to deny things like vaccines that affect other people's children and not just your own, or to make demands that public schools - which serve the entire community - change their entire curriculum just to cater to your beliefs. Under MAGA Republicans "parental rights" has simply become a way for right-wing parents to terrorize whole neighborhoods and communities and school systems, and to make dumbass decisions that are hurting other people's children, and not just their own.
