I am not but really interested in the answer here.
I need to get this all settled for my son who will be in a home (if we are lucky enough to get a spot).
I plan on putting one of my brothers as the trustee as I trust him 100% without any reservations but would still need a legal framework around it. My ex may prefer her sister whom I also have great trust in.
