So I am watching The Highwayman, we are 30 or so minutes in, and I am wondering how Texas has a governor at that time who is woman, played by Kathy Bates. I think the movie picks up about 1932, but not sure, but I know Bonnie and Clyde were killed in 1934. So I decide to google on my phone. I type in givernor (misspelled it) and this pops up as most searched. Governor of Texas in 1934.

That is exactly what I was going to type.
True story.

ETA: ten minutes before I had googled Frank hammer

Our phones are listening.

Did you rent the movie or catch it on broadcast? If the former, that might also have fed the search algorithm, I guess. But searching Frank Hammer prior was likely the culprit
