Many argue that he dithered, hesitated and stalled for far too long when a case could have been brought against Trump within 6 months of Biden taking office with all of the evidence, including without limitation the video recorded statements of Trump himself at the rally. Others argue that bringing such a case was complicated and that he was justified in taking almost two years to appoint Jack Smith.
