Good. Trump and co still walk away with all prior federal tax positions blessed, which could be worth nine figures. I wonder if part of the retreat on the weaponization fund is to try to head off the fraud upon the court challenge and preserve the dropped audits part of the "settlement." Anyways, on to the next grift...

ETA: This was assuming the fund was being killed off entirely, which it appears may be a bad assumption based on the posts below this one.
