That's a mistake. Who cares if Russia or China have enriched uranium? They've already got it. It doesn't change anything to have a little more.

I'd send it to Russia if Iran agrees. I know it's not going to be popular politically in the US, but Russia is a whole lot closer to Iran than a lot of other potential targets. They don't want the Mullahs to have nukes either.

Check out Rubio's reaction. I'm guessing he is beginning to wonder if debasing himself for another two years is worth hoping Trump will endorse his 2028 presidential campaign.

If Rubio is honest with himself, his self-respect is already 0. He has nothing to lose by spending the next 2 years in trump's colon.
