Yah.... like I said, he seemed legitimately concerned about drugs for a long time, including during both campaigns and his previous term....which is why this makes no sense.

What makes you think that? Haven't you noticed that he's not legitimately concerned about anything but his own welfare and sorta his kids? He certainly has no concern for the truth whatsoever, which alone should cast doubt on everything else he might be legitimately concerned with

The House is almost certainly going to flip. I would say 98% chance, even with the gerrymandering. With Trump at this popularity (and sinking!), the Senate could also flip.

But as long as Trump sits on the Supreme Court, I mean Kav, Barret and Gorsuch, and Trump sits in the WH, control of Congress don't matter.

Besides being very vocal about the issue of drugs entering the US for a decade....
He's destroying drug boats.
He leveraged tariffs, via Executive Order, to force Canada and Mexico to put more attention on stopping drugs crossing the border.
He's threatening military action against Mexico and Valenzuela drug cartel locations.

This is at least the ninth drug dealer who he's pardoned.

The only thing you have right is that he's drawn a lot of public attention. He's not done much and much or what he's done is wrong,stupid or evil. His attempts to equate immigration and the drug trade is a truly evil act that victimizes all countries involved.

No it doesn't. There are selfish motives possible which makes them much more probable. Political posturing, beating up on the weak, liking to watch people suffer are all more likely motives than doing good. Going with something we know he does instead of stuff we've only seen him talk about is much smarter. Guess that explains the sides we chose.
