Yesterday, at the direction of President Trump, the Department of War carried out three lethal kinetic strikes on four vessels operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations (DTO) trafficking narcotics in the Eastern Pacific. The four vessels were known by our intelligence apparatus, transiting along known narco-trafficking routes, and carrying narcotics.Eight male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessels during the first strike. Four male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessel during the second strike. Three male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessel during the third strike. A total of 14 narco-terrorists were killed during the three strikes, with one survivor. All strikes were in international waters with no U.S. forces harmed.Regarding the survivor, USSOUTHCOM immediately initiated Search and Rescue (SAR) standard protocols; Mexican SAR authorities accepted the case and assumed responsibility for coordinating the rescue. The Department has spent over TWO DECADES defending other homelands. Now, we’re defending our own. These narco-terrorists have killed more Americans than Al-Qaeda, and they will be treated the same. We will track them, we will network them, and then, we will hunt and kill them.

It amazes me sometimes that Tarlov is still employed at Fox. She really is the only voice of reason left there.

Speaking of Tarlov, her podcast, Raging Moderates (along with Scott Galloway), is pretty good.
Lost me at “no proof”, sounds like usual media bs if that’s a legit quote not taken out of context

Even Rand Paul has said, “I am disturbed by the actions with blowing up boats, with people whom we don’t know their name, we’ve been presented with no evidence of a crime,” Paul told reporters. “We don’t even know if they’re armed, frankly, and that’s more indicative of a war. It may be a prelude to war, but I hope it’s not.”

Source: US military kills 14 in attacks on vessels in the Pacific, according to Hegseth

Can you provide links to the sources you're using which lay out proof that all of the boats destroyed with drone strikes were carrying drugs ultimately destined for American shores? If so, I'm happy to check them out.

There is plenty of reason to be critical of the decision-making that led us into wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Panama, and other places, but to me this one takes the cake. We're about to start a war with Venezuela with almost no prior explanation at all of why we're doing so. There is a potential "pro-Democracy" motive for executing regime change and throwing out Maduro, but that is not what the administration has said and Trump has campaigned for years as being opposed to exactly this sort of "regime change" interference. To me this is a sign that Rubio and his hawkish allies have managed to successfully influence Trump in this regard, and sold the whole thing to him as some sort of anti-drug enforcement charade (maybe also with a side of wink-wink suggestions that he can get his hands into some sweet Venezuelan oil). What a farce.

Who could have seen a war Venezuela coming. I am shocked by this.

At least this will stop drugs in the US. He’ll probably have to do some war with ColUmbia too. Or, I mean, do some peace through strength with ColUmbia.

It will be hilarious watching Trump frame this as being about "fentanyl" when there is no evidence that even a trace amount of fentanyl comes from Venezuela
