No, somehow I forgot that. Not just mortgage interest rates. Treasuries too.

I looked at the tape from last year. Do you know when interest rates were at their lowest last year? Literally the day after Kamala crushed Trump in the presidential debate. The market got a glimpse that maybe she would win. I mean, you can't design a better experiment. Then as her momentum stalled and Trump stabilized, interest rates started climbing and they haven't stopped.
