USA Impacts of bombing Iran

Yes. And I’m also not sure many people have spent much time in Graham, Swain, Macon or Clay counties. Or for that matter in Hertford, Gates, Camden, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Chowan or Bertie. That’s POVERTY. And I fully recognize SC has a ton of those areas as well, but rural NC is not really different from what I can tell.
It isn't. NC just has more areas of prosperity among the rural poverty. GSP/Chs/HHI Beaufort are equal to any areas in NC. Columbia is a shit hole, but its my shit hole. Not much in NE SC and MB certainly doesn't do anything but bring that area down.

Way to miss the point.
What is the point? Guy has an exclamation point that a woman flew a combat mission. Just like the hundreds or maybe thousands before her? How is that one step closer to gender equality? I mean I guess technically it is one step closer to gender equality but it's like getting excited that a woman changed her car's oil or a woman is a doctor. It breaks the traditional gender roles but it's not exactly groundbreaking.

I still don't get the point. This woman was a combat pilot despite the ending of diversity programs. I'm sure there were plenty of others. How is that one small step to gender equality? I'm genuinely not understanding the point and so far you haven't attempted to explain it so I'm starting to believe you aren't understanding the point either.

Iran is the perfect example of a country without allies, unless you count Russia. And its coming to bite them. Interestingly, isn't that Trump's policy for the United States? Out with our old allies and in with new ally Russia.

Trump coming unglued this morning as he's finding making peace is a little tougher then ordering bombs to be dropped.

You know, I could agree that taking out Iran's nuclear ability is warranted. Although, according to Politico this may turn out to be a very short term setback for Iran. But the problem is that it was folly to think Trump could handle this.

Using the F word on live TV Guy is becoming unglued..........

Trump calls on Israel to 'calm down'

Donald Trump said that Israel has to “calm down” after he said both Israel and Iran violated a ceasefire he tried to broker.

“I gotta get Israel to calm down now,” Trump said as he left the White House, Reuters reports.

“Israel, as soon as we made the deal, they came out and they dropped a load of bombs, the likes of which I’ve never seen before, the biggest load that we’ve seen.

“We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the fuck they’re doing.”

I’m not sure what Jezebel’s point was, and I will openly admit that they, along with Rolling Stone, are two media outlets on the left that I have some pretty big issues with their reporting styles, but there was a lot - after the crash in DC - about how the third pilot was a woman and therefore a DEI hire.

Folks went so far as to claim she was transgendered. Never mind that she wasn’t. Nevermind that she had plenty of experience. Nevermind that there were another pilots aboard. So, no, this wasn’t a win for gender equality. But it needed to be pointed out that there was a female pilot, because otherwise, the only stories coming out about female pilots will be when things go wrong.

It may also be because the NYT got pilloried for noting that Hegseth thanked our boys flying B2 bombers when there are also female B2 pilots.
