You can pay above the Rev Share . Theoretically you can pay anything But it has to be approved the NCAA Clearinghouse as legitimate Name, Image and likeness We follow those rules-it is hard to understand now what the restrictions are-as even the Rams Club-not just Gatorade- can arrange NIL
