I hope not…the athletes don’t deserve it. I’d bet the majority of the US athletes aren’t Trump/MAGA fans at all. Hopefully, everyone can leave politics out of the Olympics and enjoy the competition.

Here south of Charlotte, this storm isn’t going to bring the snow we had hoped…maybe next weekend…we will see. However, looking at the cold temps the next few weeks, it’s nice to get a proper winter for a change.

I was watching a local Charlotte weather forecast last night and they specifically brought up Apple Weather. They said it is completely useless and to ignore it. Not sure what service it uses, or if it uses its own, but pretty irresponsible IMO.

Pretty good crowd as they passed through Fort MIll this morning. Cold and Rainy, but cool experience and glad I went. They are lunching at the Ann Close Springs Greenway and should be crossing into NC mid afternoon I would think.

They will be passing within a mile or so of my home here in Fort Mill on Wednesday…I should probably go see them.

I’ll be 57 in a few months and hope to retire at 62. My wife is a teacher and 5 years younger. She became a teacher later in life, so needs to work until 62 to get full pension. I’m not sure my wife will tolerate me laying about all day while she’s at work…

We also don’t do any laundry for the same reason…haha. As for the meal, we don’t like collards or black eyes…we do filet, garlic mashed, asparagus, and salad.
