    various items, T rex tooth cast, shark, large trilobite, baby plesiosaur, some fish, vertebra of a duck billed dinosaur and a dwarf mammoth tusk, the thing at the far right is a cave bear penis bone. Humans and whales are the only mammals who do not have a penis bone by the way
