Do you think teams would select Cade first among players in the Eastern Conference?I love Cade’s game so much. Reminds me of what I played like. In my dreams anyway. But same style so I love watching him.
If he becomes a better shooter, which I think he will, watch out Joker, SGA, and Wemby.
Interesting question but yeah I think he should go first given age and potential over guys like Brown, Tatum, Brunson, Mitchell, Banchero…Do you think teams would select Cade first among players in the Eastern Conference?
Yea, that was roughMy pet Pistons just had a 38-16 3rd quarter. At one point it was 27-3.
I was trying to figure out who that was!Watching the Wolves vs. the Nuggets, and listening to the announcers, I couldn’t get over how much Brian Scalabrine sounds like Jesse “The Body” Ventura.
I guess you'd have to define "meaningful".Was that Bronny James making meaningful contributions last night?
Meaningful in that it was done while the game was competitive. Not garbage time.I guess you'd have to define "meaningful".
I mean, he scored 5 points on 2 shots in 9 minutes, so not really a great contribution. But the game went to OT, so if he misses either shot theoretically the Lakers lose.
I think he can eventually become a serviceable NBA player. He’s certainly got a ways to go, but it’s not out of the question. His problem is the gigantic shadow his father casts.I think 5 points in 9 minutes is "meaningful." It's not sizeable. It might be replacement level. But it's meaningful.
What do think makes that problematic for him?I think he can eventually become a serviceable NBA player. He’s certainly got a ways to go, but it’s not out of the question. His problem is the gigantic shadow his father casts.
He’s just not a can’t miss prospect. Also, with his size he’s going to have to play on the perimeter. Those skills just aren’t developed yet. He certainly can become a solid NBA player, he’s just not there yet. What do think makes that problematic for him?
Sure, but if that is "meaningful", then pretty much every player who played in the game made a "meaningful" contribution.Meaningful in that it was done while the game was competitive. Not garbage time.
Unless they were horrendous during their time out there.Sure, but if that is "meaningful", then pretty much every player who played in the game made a "meaningful" contribution.
I was referring to the shadow being cast. He’s just not a can’t miss prospect. Also, with his size he’s going to have to play on the perimeter. Those skills just aren’t developed yet. He certainly can become a solid NBA player, he’s just not there yet.
Seven players played less than 10 minutes. The other six combined for 3 points. So I would indeed differentiate between Bronny's 5 points in 9 minutes from, say, Ja'Sean Tate's 1 point (on 1-2 FTs) in 4 minutes. Or Aaron Holidays' 0 points and 1 TO in 6 minutes.Sure, but if that is "meaningful", then pretty much every player who played in the game made a "meaningful" contribution.
I dunno...if they hadn't played Finney-Smith, Houston might have won.Unless they were horrendous during their time out there.
Like DFS.
