2026 Masters Tournament

Burns is promptly ejecting himself from this tournament. What a break for Cameron Young on 2. Looked like he missed his spot by a touch on that little chip but it just cleared the bunker and he cashes in with a nice birdie putt.

E: another HUGE break for Young on 3 with his sliced drive bouncing back into the fairway. How many times has that happened to him this week? At least 3 I think.

I said it would be cool to see Rory go back to back but I wouldn’t say I’m rooting for him. There are like 4 or 5 other guys in the mix I would rather see win this one.

It doesn’t bother me that Young is catching some big breaks either, just pointing out how many he’s gotten in the tournament so far. It’s pretty remarkable.

I hope he gets breaks all the way to the green jacket ceremony and I can watch Rory graciously smile as he puts the jacket on Young.
 
Scheffler is like a cockroach lol. Just when it looks like he’s about to let go of the rope with substandard chipping he drains two incredibly clutch par putts in a row.

I think it could have hurt Rory having the largest 36 hole lead ever. That’s manufactured pressure after all the talk was about so much less pressure now that he had won it.
 
If Rose can’t pull it off I think I’m rooting for Henley out of nowhere. It’s cool to see one of the shorter hitters bunt their way around this course and score in a different way than you usually see.
