Didn't see another thread on this.

Seems Arizona is looking to trade out of #3.

Teams are very high on Love who might go top 5 as a RB.

About a dozen teams want help on the OL with only ~7 guys having first round grades - could result in some trades as teams try to jump others. I hope my Lions get the OT they want at 16.

The top of the mocks are filled with tOSU guys - makes Indiana all the more impressive I guess.

You wonder if QB Simpson will go at the end of round 1 so the team gets the 5th year.

What time does the TV coverage begin? This has been getting more fun to watch in recent years. My wife thinks I'm crazy to get excited for it, of course.

The people on this thread 😉

Love is a great player but I still don't see why any of the teams in the top 5 are considering him - most don't have the kind of situation (fully formed OL, no major holes at premium positions like pass rusher, CB, and OT) that you'd expect to be taking a RB. Love is great, very likely is an impact player along the lines of Saquon Barkley or Bijan Robinson, but just look at how those draft picks worked out for the teams who took those guys. It particularly blows my mind that I'm seeing Love mocked to the Giants when the Giants already have a good, cheap, young RB rotation in Skattebo/Tracy and holes all over the rest of the roster.

I don't get why his hookup with a reporter is big news outside his marriage and family.
Because of the conflict of interest for the reporter. And just because it is sensational. But the newsy part of the story is sleeping with someone who is supposed to be objectively reporting about you.

I guess. I bet he is not the only coach who has ever hooked up with a reporter, though.

On the other hand, nothing in the world really turns on a newspaper's coverage of Vrabel. And wouldn't the news be as biased if the reporter merely had a crush on Vrabel and not a consummated sexual relationship?

Personally I think this is less about the affair and more about sexual harassment. Was it Brett Favre who harassed a reporter? Or Joe Namath? Or both?

I mean it's a big deal within the context of NFL media. Outside that context, I agree it doesn't matter much.

You draft the RB when you are ready to contend, or maybe if you have a good young QB with a lousy OL. The RB can help keep the defense honest and keep your QB alive.
