Without researching it, I’d think not. The document itself says they returned a no true bill. The next document was never shown to the jury. That sounds like there is no true indictment.

But in this context I’m not sure your could call me an actual lawyer. Not my area of practice. Just a WAG.
While I am a lawyer, my knowledge of what grand juries do is largely limited to what my father told me, when I was a child, about his time on a grand jury. Having said that, with every new revelation about what supremely incompetant ass-clowns St. Donald of Mar-a-Lago and his merry band syncopants actually are, I am grateful for their incompetance. But that said, I can't help but think the American kelptocracy class is pondering, "I wonder how much more money I would have if we had empowered someone who was actually competant?"
