My daughter - a performer of some accomplishment but yet to become a star, wants N accordion. I have no doubt that she can learn it quickly but I am having devil of a time finding one. I’ll be in the Triangle on Wednesday and mobile.

Any help?

I've been consulting a bit with the accordion player in this video...

Some folks may recognize a few of these guys...

I do not know this guy, but if you are going to be in the Triangle he may be worth a visit. His website is informative and he seems to be very seriously into accordions :)

Guy is a dynamo of creativity...

1990-1991 timeframe I worked at Gumby’s with the drummer of the CWG. The guy in the video could be the same guy, but I don’t know for sure.

Ted Zaharias...don't know what has become of him. He's the only one in that video that left the area. Guitar is Stu Cole who went on to play with the Squirrel Nut Zippers. Stand up Bass man is Tone Mayer who had previously played a lot with Dexter Romweber. He's a local landscaper and blogger these days: Home - Tony Mayer Landscapes

The accordion dude is Greg Bell who has been running events like The Festival on The Eno for a while. He's a mover and shaker in the arts.

I remember I liked him a lot and he made me laugh.
