FIFYDemocrats have to do better on crime, though.

Yep, obviously popular sentiment has shifted in favor of Dems to some degree, but much of that polling is still very depressing considering the current state and direction of our country politically, socially, culturally, economically, etc. under control of the Trump administration.I know 44% said neither but the fact that Pubs & Dems polled equal on handling corruption…..wow, just wow.
As more and more of the news media is bought up by pro-Trump CEOs and turned into MAGA cheerleading organizations, it's just going to get harder and harder for Democrats to get their message out there. Which has been the plan all along, of course.Yep, obviously popular sentiment has shifted in favor of Dems to some degree, but much of that polling is still very depressing considering the current state and direction of our country politically, socially, culturally, economically, etc. under control of the Trump administration.
Really speaks to the ignorance and partisanship of many Americans as well as the reach and effectiveness of the MAGA political propaganda machine.
“Favored on the economy” is equal to “They say they’ll cut taxes.” That’s it.As more and more of the news media is bought up by pro-Trump CEOs and turned into MAGA cheerleading organizations, it's just going to get harder and harder for Democrats to get their message out there. But yeah, those polling numbers are actually kind of depressing in some ways. I mean, Republicans are still favored on the inflation and the economy? Are you kidding me? The mythology that Republican Presidents are better on the economy is still incredibly strong, despite all evidence to the contrary.
