We were at the one in hickory. It was very impressive, I’d guess 1500+

My mother-in-law convinced herself she was not up for the giant rally on the mall in DC, and dealing with her cane etc in the crowd, and then went off to run an errand. On the way she saw a bunch of truly elderly people in front of two different nursing homes with walkers, wheelchairs, etc protesting where they could and decided she had to do something. So she went home, got her sign and walked around the corner to Comet Pizza/ Politics & Prose and held a one woman protest, getting lots of supporting honks and chants from people driving by on Connecticut Ave.

She felt a lot better after that.

A friend of mine attended the Raleigh rally. He said his favorite home made sign said " unpaid protester"
