I actually got 2 at that price several months apart. I have a friend who is in commercial real estate and would let me know when a company was scaling down and had some nicer stuff. I would ask what they were going to do with their desk chairs. The first time they said I could have it, but then said I have to charge something. I went to the office and picked it up. It took no effort on their part. Later, my wife said she wanted one too, and I led with the $50 price.$50?!?!
I've also got one of the quartet glass boards and a couple of file cabinets for my home office.
