It was 7-8 years ago I believe the CDC missed on the strand. I got the shot but still came down with the flu. I was only really sick for maybe 36 hours and missed 4 days of work. I remember lying in bed one morning and looking at the Apple News App. An article’s title said the flu shot for that winter was the least effective in years. I dropped my phone and said to the ceiling, “No shit.”
I hope and pray that everyone on this board and our families weather this outbreak. I would be a lot more hopeful if the people in charge of dealing with this emergency weren’t a bunch of dumbass, bat shit crazy motherfuckers.
