Biorhythms for Carolina @Virginia: Noon Start

An oddity I noted in the box scores, and consistent with my somewhat unformed opinions on 3pt. defense, we shot very well against a teamed noted foe their 3 pt. defense while, they shot poorly against us. While I'm sure defense can be a factor, it seems like it would be less of a factor than in any other phase of offense except free throws. Talent, hot streaks and a few bounces can distort any game's stats.
Ken Pomeroy years ago showed that 3FG defense is the least controllable part of defense. The most controllable part of 3FG defense is how many 3FGs a team allows.

Must say, watching Virginia play now with their new coach is a lot better on my eyeballs than that slow pour of molasses-laden-bowl-of-shit under Benedetto.

Their two bigs from Germany and Holland are a good duo.

Have they played the d00kies or NCState yet? I look for UVa. to hang an L on both before the year is out.

Germany and Belgium.

Yep. It's crazy how some can't understand that one can be incredibly happy when UNC wins, while at the same time be concerned with HD at the helm.
Then you have people like me who know that dean smith would be incredulous that a UNC guy, former player, who averages 25 wins a year, who is a bad Back ankle from a natty, who got us Caleb Wilson, is now 16-4 with wins over Kansas Kentucky at at Virginia is under incessant fire - which could end up costing us no. 1 PG in HS. What would dean do? Not rhetorical.
