Biorhythms for UNC @ Miami: Post Game/Caleb Wilson out indefinitely w/ fractured wrist

Hate this for the team and for Caleb. He was trending towards an all-American team too but missing almost a month of the season would probably knock him out of that discussion I would imagine.

At least he had a true signature moment with the Dook win.
Dude was going to get his jersey in the rafters. Hansbrough was the only other freshman we had who was eligible for that after his freshman year.

We all hate it for Caleb… and the team. But the season rolls on. Hopefully with any luck his fracture heals quickly and he can make another appearance this year in a tournament.

Let the speculation commence on potential line ups. Not only the starting line up, but the team that’s on the floor in crunch time.
1 Dixon
2 Trimble
3 Luka
4 Stephenson
5 Veesaar

Perhaps Powell for Luka as a starter?
Brown and High have to really step up their games for big man subbing.
I don’t know…
Any suggestions?
What do you think we see on Saturday?

All we can do is play until they don't let us anymore. At least, we'll know how Hubert and this team handles a little adversity. I don't know what constitutes good from here but I won't give up unless they do first.

Powell has way higher defensive upside. Luka’s been hitting shots more lately but his playmaking decisions are often poor. Powell seems to be doing less dumb things than he used to and his defensive activity kept us in the game with Miami.

I’d start Powell at the 3 and continue bringing in Luka for (hopefully) instant offense.

This is such a sad day. Up there with Kendall breaking his wrist against Creighton and the Jet breaking his wrist against LSU. Both injuries absolutely took the heart and soul out of those great teams. 1984 was never the same, even when Kenny came back late. And of course, 2012 was the greatest team that never was.
