Blood pressure

That does it. If i check it at home or at a random machine I am generally in a good range. Once I go to the doctor it goes up
Mine is the other way around, and I wonder if anyone else has my experience. When I check at home with one of those wrist units first thing in the AM, it measures 135ish/XX pretty consistently, which is on the high end. When the doc measures it, it is in the ok range. I stopped measuring at home.

When I was in Dallas when my sister passed, I was really worried about my own blood pressure. I got a wrist monitor from my brother-in-law and it measure 200 something over 110 or so.

I about freaked out. I immediately drove to a CVS and bought a regular monitor which registered a normal-ish BP.

I was worried that I was about to have my own stroke.
