By virtue of being a second team all-American Caleb Wilson will have his jersey honored and in the rafters. Happy for him and that the injuries didn’t ruin his chances for this honor!

This is great news. We're lucky to count Caleb as a Heel. He was so much fun to watch on the court, but he also fun to watch off the court. He was just as joyful and intense in sweats at the end of the bench as he was on the court. There were tons of stories about being generous with his time signing autographs and taking pictures. Partying on Franklin St after the dook win. Hubert said he was okay with one and dones that "unpack their bags" while they were in Chapel Hill, and Caleb did that.

I hate that his season was cut short by injury. But if it was gonna happen, breaking your thumb dunking too aggressively in a non-contact portion of practice is about the most Caleb Wilson injury I can think of.

Before Caleb I don't think I could have imagined a player who came for 1 year and missed the last month from injuries before going pro... as family for life. They broke the mold when they made him. A truly amazing kid. I don't think I've ever seen his combination of talent, drive and love for his team. Whoever gets him next in the NBA is damn lucky... as are we.
